Our newly acquired paintshop facility enables final finishing to a variety of products. Wet Painting and Powder Coating is available to a wide range of finishes. Bespoke fabrications can be wet painted up to 12m in length and up to 16 tonnes in weight. We offer high specification painting for Hazardous Environments as well as painting Aluminium, Mild and Stainless Steel.
We have comprehensive testing equipment to test depth and adhesion as well as environmental testing during application to ensure correct procedures are maintained.

Our brand new stoving oven can offer 4m x 2m x 2.4m of powder coating capacity. This is ideal for prototypes and small quantities of parts. We can also produce custom made jigs for hanging irregular shaped parts.
